Some products will be delievered within 1 to 3 days, and others will be 3 to 7 days. Please refer to the product page detail for estimate delivery time.

Most orders placed online will be processed within 24 hours (exclude weekends), in some rare occasions we will need an extra day to prepare the product but everything will be shipped within 48 hours at most. You can check the order status from the link within your order confirmation email.

To track the shipment, please use the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email, or log into your member portal for order status.
